- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible!!! If you want to visit a doctors office that is attentive and caring...call someone else! They overbook and make you wait in excess of 90 minutes for your scheduled appointment and then come talk to you for less than 5. The worst part is that there is no way to actually speak with someone from the office when you call. You have to leave a message and hope that someone returns your call which they hardly ever do. To get an appointment, reschedule one, inquire about something...you have to leave a message and wait for them to contact you. Do not go to this office thinking you will receive decent and hospital care!November 20, 2017by james riley
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As a current patient, I called to make an appointment. You have the option of pressing 1 a million times to hold for the next available person or to leave a message after the beep. After pressing 1 for over 15 minutes, I was automatically hung up on. I called the business office and the lady said that they will not answer the phone and you have to leave a message. Why is pressing 1 even an option if nobody will answer the phone??? I told her that it is not good customer service and she said they are too busy to answer the phone for appointments. Interesting. Don't even try to get in there if you are sick. You are better off going to urgent care and paying the higher co-pay.April 21, 2017by Ashley Kell
